Same problem here. At least 80% of my grenades (doesn't matter what type) don't play an explosion, and around 50% of them also don't seem to do any damage when I know they should have hit something. Also, I've had maybe 10% of thrown grenades fall...

I don't expect a response quickly right now, but what worries me is there was no response on the exact same issue for the entirety of last build. It was like they were purposely ignoring it, with dev answers in threads all around it =/.

All of my AUR disappeared halfway through last build. CCP didn't respond at all to topics about it, someone else had the same issue. Logged on to the wipe today, and still no AUR refunded. Also checked my PSN logs and I was indeed charged for it. ...

Pretty sure there's a missile turret off of the map (in the red) that only the defenders can access for some reason that can hit one of the objectives' cap points.

I see the explosions about half the time. A lot of times they don't seem to do any damage either, but it could be from the grenade bouncing strangely (nade physics seem to be really, really off and they're nearly impossible to see sometimes).
